Think Like A Buyer

Walk through your home. Imagine you’re a visitor or guest about to navigate the logistics of entering your home for the first time and what impression or atmosphere have you created. 
Take a pen and notebook with you and note where your eye is drawn. Is it through the house? Into the garden? Where does your eye rests is it a positive or negative scene? Is it contributing or detracting the visitor ‘falling in love’ with your property. Are you motivated to move through the house or are you obstructed by a difficult pathway to the door or obstacles in the hallway?
